1. Raw Mining (2026 onwards):
This phase focuses on the extraction of raw rare earth elements from identified mining sites. It marks the start of operations where the company will begin sourcing these valuable minerals from the ground. During this phase, the company will establish the necessary infrastructure, secure environmental approvals, and begin production to supply raw materials to the market.

2. Midstream (2027-2028 onwards):
In the midstream phase, the focus shifts to the initial processing and refining of the raw rare earth elements. This includes transforming the extracted raw materials into semi-finished products that can be supplied to manufacturers in industries like electronics, electric vehicles, and renewable energy. This phase aims to add more value to the raw materials and position the company deeper into the supply chain.

3. Downstream (2030 onwards):
The downstream phase represents the final step in the value chain, where the company focuses on producing refined, high-value end products. This might include specialized rare earth magnets, alloys, or components used in advanced technologies like electric motors, batteries, or aerospace applications. By this stage, the company will be involved in the manufacturing of finished products, adding the highest value to the supply chain.
